Invisible Heat Transfer (cold peel) Magnetic Stripe for application on Plastic card – “YB” Series

Lucky “YB” Series Magnetic Stripe is a kind of special designed INVISIBLE Heat Transfer (Cold Peel) Magnetic Stripe applied on PVC card.
Special technology adopted could make picture printed over on magnetic stripe, so that keep the picture integrality and perfection at the case of no affect to the magnetic characteristics. The magnetic stripe will be hided under the printing picture and not be seen by users.

Process Method

(1)Tape Laying:
Magnetic stripe is stamped onto Overlay by heated roller, and peeling off the PET carrier.

Magnetic Stripe YB Series (1)

Recommended Process Condition during Tape Laying
Roll temperature:(140~190)℃
Roll Speed:(6~12)meter/minute

(2)Lamination:
Laminate the overlay which with magnetic stripe on PVC sheet.

Magnetic Stripe YB Series (2)

Recommended Process Condition during laminating
Laminate Temperature:(120~150)℃
Laminate Duration:(20-25) Minute

(3)Over Printing
Customer can print Silver ink, White ink, 4 color press and UV Varnish over on the magnetic stripe, and the magnetic stripe will be hided under the printing picture.

Magnetic Stripe YB Series (3)

Thickness of over printing:(7~10)μm

Note: The processing conditions are for reference only. Customers can adjust the parameters according to their individual condition
